It is always a choice to fight or to surrender. Haven’t you ever wondered why more often than not we choose the path of resistance? When we figure out why we are resisting, when we explore the underlying forces that drive us, those ingrained patterns and coping mechanisms we allow to influence our choices so heavily without having much of any awareness of them, only then have we placed ourselves in a position that helps us see what is for our own highest interest.
