Mulch it is

During my lifetime I strived to be so many things, accomplish so much, grow so many kinds of ways. Coming into my own, carving out my corner in this world. And then I realized that I am actually so much better at just being the undergrowth in this jungle out there. Not only have I learned to become my own sustenance. I am actually providing nourishment for others as well. Nurturing those tiny sprouts that people are comfortable sharing with me. Providing encouragement, and by being really good at being mulch, setting an example. That it’s perfectly okay not being the tallest or biggest or prettiest among human variety. That it’s fine being who you were born to be, whatever shape or form that may be.
