She always looked at him. Amazed. He seemed so spirited and carefree. How did he manage that. What of the basic needs that get you through the day? Food, shelter, credit score security. What of the image to protect? Didn't he worry if he was good, enough, what others thought of what he was made of? She began to break apart every piece of illusionment, that kept her caged. She gave up lots of things, people slowly thought she had gone mad. She walked out of a life that couldn't hold her, no matter the reassurances of the success that everyone else seemed to live, in a world that is so very temporary. She could only see beyond what was to come, and the choices she began to make, were based on that. She didn't care to have a guarantee. As if buying a burial plot in advance would secure the entrance to heaven. She was satisfied in each moment, that she had to make a choice, to live her life right by what her soul desired.
