it is always just beginnings I'm not sure what fear is really made of it never feels natural still to this day when I get overwhelmed and become unsure on what to read into things instead of simply witnessing what is unfolding interpreting them in such a way that fear returns a heightened sense of everything that never sits quite right with me attempts to settle in and then I slowly breathe deliberately calling forth the knowledge that something in me does my breathing for me completely involuntarily it is what has given all of us (the breath of) life to exist in a world that may or may not continue after death I'm pretty much done wondering about that too all I know for sure is there is more than simple breath that is given to us ..
