it is what it is and so it seems I came back to my senses 

..until I remembered the temporaryness of all of this and what I should base choices on certainly not on this shape and form alone there is something greater than all of me expressively inhabited in all that lives forever showing me my integral part integrity simply means the state of being whole and undivided and isn't that what I return to each and every time I act from the True Self within
